Q: How would you rate the overall level of usability of your organization's websites when viewed on a mobile device?

Steve Kursh noted that although over 70% of survey respondents recognize that their organizations need to have a significant mobile presence over the next year, they don't seem to be doing a good job with regards to usability. According to Kursh, despite budget constraints and multiple priorities, the "rapid growth in mobile devices and the equally rapid growth of commerce on those devices, particularly with the mix of social media, [mean that] organizations must make investments in mobile-related activities a higher priority."
