Q: Which security problems are most commonly addressed in the development of your organization's software?

According to Senior Consultant E.M. Benattan, "There is a plethora of guidelines and tools for software developers to help them avoid certain software vulnerabilities, yet the same vulnerabilities continue to emerge and have an impact... So the problem of ineffective use of security measures may well be universal. That suggests that much of the solution will come from the use of existing technology with more rigid and effective application of formal procedures."
