What is the difference between project management and project leadership? Tap into the management literature on leadership and there seems to be an endless, but often illusive line between leadership and management. However, John Kotter, former professor of organizational behavior at Harvard Business School, makes several points in a recent Harvard Business Review article that "agile" project managers may find helpful ("What Leaders Really Do," December 2001).
