by Jim Highsmith

"Writing is a form of thinking, whatever the subject," says William Zinsser ( Writing to Learn ). Interactions between team members serves first to deliver products (code, documents, decisions, plans, etc.) and second to improve the capabilities of team members through sharing their experience and knowledge.
