This week, I'd like to return to the discussion started earlier this year on the principles of agile project management. As I said in the first "principles" Advisor (see " The Principles of Agile Project Management, Part 1," 18 March 2004), while some practices are characteristic of a particular methodology style, practices, per se, don't define a style, principles do.
