Evaluating Vendor Performance: The Missing Measure

In this Executive Update, I will examine a selection of performance measures and see how sizing metrics can be added to enhance their effectiveness. I will center my attention on three core AD/M outsourcing performance measures, which can be used to govern the contract in support of three basic business objectives: on-time delivery (faster); higher quality (better); and lower cost (cheaper).
