Registration Information

Your Summit 2012 registration includes admission to all sessions at the three-day conference; breakfast, lunch, and snacks, dinner at our cocktail party Monday evening. All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations (discounted rooms are available at the conference hotel).

To ensure a lively and interactive event, attendance for Summit 2012 will be limited. Register early and guarantee a space for yourself at this exclusive conference.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods during our online registration process:

• Credit card - we accept American Express, Diner's Club MasterCard, and Visa. You may also pay via PayPal.
• Bill me/Purchase Order/Check - when choosing this option, please enter a date that we should expect the check.
• Choosing a Bill me payment option confirms your registration and registration price.

Your registration must be paid prior to the event, even if you have chosen a check as your payment method.

Group Registrations

Group discounts are available for groups of more than two people. To take advantage of this discount, please call (781) 648-8700 or email Kim Leonard for group discount information. Discounts cannot be combined (except with our early bird discount).

Policies

Substitutions and Cancellations

Registrations for Summit 2012 are transferable. If you find that you cannot attend, you may transfer the registration to another member of your organization at any time prior to the first day of the event.

Cancellations made after 2 March 2012, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will be responsible for the full registration fee. If you must cancel a "buy one at full price, get another at a discount" registration after that date, the lower price registration cancels first. In the unlikely event that Cutter Consortium cancels the conference, Cutter Consortium is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.

Speakers and Schedule

Despite our best efforts, it is possible for health or weather to affect speaker availability/scheduling. As a result, speakers and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

Privacy Policy

Cutter Consortium will never share your contact and personal information.

We may photograph or videotape speakers and attendees for use in online or printed promotions. Unless you notify us otherwise, your attendance grants us the right to take such photos or videos and to use your likeness in such materials.
