Most process "problems" and/or opportunities occur between process steps, as data and information cross both organizational and system boundaries. This seminar focuses on understanding and managing the processes that create your key data. The goal: a design for a successful Information Chain Management program. Information Chain Management methods taught in this course are used successfully by organizations in a variety of industries to continually improve the quality of data and make better, faster business decisions.
