Information technology (IT) advisory firm Cutter Consortium announced today that information industry research firm Outsell, Inc. selected it as a "Rising Star" in the IT Research, Reports and Services (ITRRS) market. This designation appeared in Outsell's 10th annual Information Industry Outlook: Future Facts 2007.
Cutter was selected for its segment-beating growth that is driven by its "popular IT expert model".
