Julia Sinclair

Julia Sinclair is Senior Vice President, Clinical Services at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Sinclair oversees Patient Access Services, Emergency Preparedness, Emergency Medicine, Radiology, Anesthesia and Pathology departments. Sinclair serves as a key member in senior administration at Mass General Brigham developing strategies related to Urgent Care, Enterprise Pathology and Patient Ambulance Transport Services and COVID Operations. Prior to joining BWH, she held key posts at Massachusetts General Hospital for 20 years, most recently as the executive director of Emergency Services and Emergency Preparedness. She completed BWH’s Deland Fellowship program in 1990.

After receiving her bachelor’s in biology at McGill University in Montreal, Sinclair earned her MHA at Concordia University in Quebec and MBA at Boston University. She serves on the board of overseers for the Neil and Elise Wallace STRATUS Center for Medical Simulation at BWH.
