Karlene Cousins is Chair and Associate Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics at Florida International University’s College of Business. Her research examines the impact of mobile technology on work practices, financial technologies, healthcare systems, and regulatory and legal issues in information systems. Dr. Cousins has over a decade of industry experience in the information systems industry and is also a technology attorney, entrepreneur, and commercialization expert.
