Kurt Guenther

Kurt Guenther has spent 20+ years working with large organizations to design and implement distributed systems based on object technologies such as CORBA, J2EE, and Web services. After leading many projects, Mr. Guenther has become increasingly fascinated by how teams and larger organizations work effectively to meet objectives. To this end, he has consulted within a diverse group of organizations to introduce and effectively implement agile methods within implementation teams, architectural groups, and business users of an organization.
