Q: How would you describe your IT staffing plans for next year?
The "will be hiring" response has consistently risen since 2009, and this year's survey shows the largest increase yet. According to Senior Consultant Mike Sisco, "If my assumption pans out, then 2012 will be good for IT professionals, as long as we continue to see signs of economic recovery and avoid any major land mines."
