Implementing Organization-Wide Gemba Using Noninvasive Process Mining

This Cutter IT Journal article explains how combining process mining with real and virtual Lean worksite visits (gemba) allows the IT organization to see what is actually happening in its processes. Armed with this insight, it can fix real instead of imagined problems and improve the things that matter for meeting goals.
