Ruy de Quadros Carvalho is Full Professor at UNICAMP, Brazil, and is one of Brazil’s foremost experts in innovation management and policy. At UNICAMP, he leads the Technology and Innovation Management Laboratory (LABGETI) and founded the specialization course in strategic management of technological innovation. Dr. Carvalho also serves on the Scientific Council of the Instituto Eldorado and has held leadership roles at IPEA/Ministry of Planning. He is deeply engaged in research, teaching, and consulting on innovation strategy and technology management. Dr. Carvalho has been published widely in top-tier journals, such as Research Policy and Technology Forecasting & Social Change.
