Collaboration to the Rescue

You've just inherited a three-year, million-dollar project. Problem is, it's a year behind schedule and a quarter million in the hole, and you are asked to complete it within budget and a year ahead of schedule. With the stakes and pressure at an all-time high, you build a new plan, hire a new team, and begin rolling out what you hope will be a fabulous rescue. Then, three months into the project, your implementation team sits you down and gravely informs you that the new plan is going to fail. Your response?
