Contextability: The New Usability

One important aspect of Web 2.0 and other technology advances such as software as a service (SaaS) and computing in the cloud is that few applications stand alone. To understand the user experience with a product or online service, we must understand the user context in getting to that product and how that user and product interact with everything else going on in the user's environment and workflow.
