In this article, I will elaborate on the factors that promote the creation of an agile work environment and a culture that supports innovation as a way of life. An agile work culture is expected to enable a high level of change sensitivity, coupled with team synergy. Such cultures seek to bring out the best in each individual, while at the same time drawing out the best performance when those individuals become a team.
