Promoting Greater Satisfaction in Client-Vendor Relationships

In this month's CBR survey, only 2% of survey participants describe their client-vendor relationships as "extremely satisfying," and just 31% say they are "very satisfied" (see Graph 1 in the Survey Data section). This means that fully two-thirds of participants rate their level of satisfaction with their client-vendor relationships as only "somewhat satisfying" or worse.
