Why Doesn't Senior Management Understand Us?

Those of us who manage information security programs love to complain, "Our senior management doesn't understand what we do. They won't give us enough money, enough support, or enough people. They don't want to invest in new technology, so we can't keep up with the crackers. At this rate, we will never secure this business!"
