Software Quality: Introduction

Management fads come and go, but some principles remain valid year after year, no matter how they're dressed up or down. TQM may have faded away, but quality still matters, and IT organizations are still looking for ways to improve the quality of their systems or to introduce a "quality culture" where none exists.
