Cutter Consortium Senior Consultant Carla Ogunrinde is founder and CEO of Intend Coaching & Consulting, LLC and a member of Arthur D. Little's AMP open consulting network. She is an expert in energy management, a practice of aligning science with behavior — thoughts with actions. Ms. Ogunrinde is a certified executive coach, creative designer of immersive leadership programs for Fortune 500 companies, managing partner at First You Leadership Program, and facilitator and trainer of diversity, equity, and inclusion. She brings more than 20 years’ experience working in IT, leading global teams for Fortune 50 companies, serving as VP Technology & Operations at MetLife, Corporate VP at Johnson & Johnson, and in leadership roles supporting architecture and delivery at Siemens and Atlas Air. Ms. Ogunrinde has been honored with various industry leadership awards, including the YWCA Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) award. She serves on the board of directors, as immediate past chair, for Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF), a national organization dedicated to advancing Black technology professionals. Ms. Ogunrinde is also member of the NY Board of Trustees for the Development School for Youth (DSY). She is a requested speaker for women’s groups, Black professionals, and executive teams.
