Luis Díaz Stoffel is Director and Enterprise Lean-Agile Coach at Valueinnova Cono Sur (Southern Cone). His principal objective is to help organizations and individuals be successful, through training and mentoring programs that allow people to apply Lean-Agile, Agile testing, serious games, communication techniques, and mindset change. Mr. Díaz Stoffel specializes in mentoring and developing project teams as well as combining Lean-Agile, Agile testing, traditional methodologies, and innovative collaboration techniques, resulting in high-yield, collaborative teams that focus on business value and quality. His past clients include Banco de Chile, Caja Los Andes, LATAM Airlines, Sodimac, and Banco Central de Chile, among others. Mr. Díaz Stoffel holds certifications in ITIL, Quality, and Lean-Agile techniques. He earned degrees in information systems engineering and systems analysis from National Technological University—Facultad Regional Cordoba, Argentina.
