Michael “Mike” M. Bissonette is a business executive, entrepreneur, adjunct professor, and corporate consultant. His career spans 40 years in product development within several industries, including aerospace and defense, consumer electronics, industrial equipment and services, clean technology, and software as a service (SaaS). Mr. Bissonette has held executive-level positions, including Division General Manager and Officer, in numerous functional disciplines within various high-tech companies and is cofounder of the SaaS startup RTConfidence. He is author of Project Risk Management: A Practical Implementation Approach, sold as a compliment to Project Management Institute’s Practice Standard for Project Risk Management. Mr. Bissonette is a certified Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) and considered an authority on project, program, and portfolio management. He has also contributed to PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), 6th edition, and The Standard for Portfolio Management, 4th edition.
