Rich Huebner

Rich Huebner is a Principal Data Architect and Data Scientist at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt with extensive experience across multiple industries. His focus is in IT strategy, IT and data governance, data architecture, business intelligence, and analytics. Dr. Huebner has taught computer science and information systems courses for over 15 years, and he recently completed a video series on data preprocessing methods with Python through Experfy. His research has focused on how leaders can support and guide analytics projects with greater chances for success, and how analytics can be applied in educational contexts to improve student achievement. Dr. Huebner has numerous publications in refereed journals, conference proceedings, and blogs on these topics, as well as some articles on the more “human” aspects of information security.
