Robert L. Dixon, Senior Vice President and former Global Chief Information Officer for PepsiCo, influenced the direction of two iconic organizations. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Dixon served as vice president, Global Business Services at Procter & Gamble (P&G) where he founded the company’s SAP Global Center of Expertise and integrated multiple systems. As CIO of PepsiCo, he led the global function that delivers all information technology and security solutions to support one of the world's largest food and beverage businesses, including twenty-one product lines and 275,000 associates worldwide. He is known for authorship of large-scale business transformations, a commitment to career path modeling for IT professionals and his energy around building diverse leadership teams. He recently announced his plan to retire from PepsiCo in December of 2016. 

Robert joined Anthem, Inc. Board of Directors in 2011. An active leader in business, academic and civic communities, he has received numerous recognitions.
