Rodolfo Guzman Managing Partner of Arthur D. Little's (ADL) Latin American operation, and head of ADL's Houston office. He focuses on strategy development and organizational transformation. Mr. Guzman has a passion for making impactful changes, and has played an important role in the transformation of the energy sectors of several Latin American countries. With more than 25 years'  management consulting experience, he has developed extensive knowledge of the global energy industry, especially the oil and gas (O&G) business. Mr. Guzman has advised private and state-owned O&G companies, as well as governments on the challenges related to transformation and value-creation opportunities in the energy sector. Examples of his consulting work include projects related to energy policy design, exploration strategies for unconventional hydrocarbons, visualization of deep-water developments, promotion of exploration and production investment, refinery feasibility studies, international trading, retail-network strategies, performance management, contract administration, and restructuring of O&G companies. Mr. Guzman graduated summa cum laude with a degree in mechanical engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, Venezuela, and earned an MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. He can be reached at experts@cutter.com.
