Ziaan Hattingh is a Cutter Expert and a member of Arthur D. Little's AMP open consulting network. As CEO for NoveltTflux, he focuses on transformation initiatives aimed at making organizations agile and resilient in a fast-changing digital world in order to position organizations for success, using his passion for business strategy and innovation. Mr. Hattingh utilizes leadership, change management, and consulting skills from more than 30 years in business, with particular expertise in Lean/Agile, innovation, and other leading organizational transformation methods and techniques. He has a passion for using Disciplined Agile Delivery due to its pragmatic nature, enabling solutions contextualized for specific organizational environments.

Previously, Mr. Hattingh was Managing Director of a business that assisted large organizations in improving their software delivery processes by implementing leading software tools and development frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, and the Disciplined Agile Toolkit. During this time, he successfully represented many international training and software vendors, selling their solutions mainly into the banking, financial services, and telecommunications industries. Mr. Hattingh has regularly published articles over the last 10 years. He earned a master of commerce degree from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, and holds a certificate in innovation management from the University of Rotterdam, the Netherlans.
