Rohit Sethi

Rohit Sethi is a Principal at Arthur D. Little (ADL), based in Dubai, and a member of ADL’s Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media & Electronics (TIME) practice. He has 12 years’ strategy and operational consulting experience, serving clients largely in the telecom, informations and communications technology (ICT), and energy & utilities spaces. Working across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, Mr. Sethi has developed expertise in corporate strategy and transformation, revenue diversification, network technologies and economics, ICT regulation, customer experience, data centers, transactions/due diligence, and program management. He also played the role of Training & Development Director at ADL Middle East and led an overhaul of the internal training system (covering direction setting, curriculum definition, material development, and effective delivery) over recent years. In addition to his consulting career, Mr. Sethi is passionate about the topics of self-management and personal effectiveness, authoring two books in this area and presenting as a TEDx speaker. He earned a bachelor’s of technology degree in electronics and communication from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Delhi, India.
