Paul Desjonquères

Paul Desjonquères is a Principal at Arthur D. Little (ADL) in ADL’s Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media & Electronics (TIME) practice, based in Paris. With more than 13 years’ experience in top-tier consulting firms in the technology, media, and telecom industry, Mr. Desjonquères gained strong expertise in value-growth strategies, network technologies and economics, and business transformation and operational models for incumbents, mobile network operators, and satellite players in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Prior to ADL, he supported multiple telecom and media players’ growth strategies in emerging markets in India and South Africa. Mr. Desjonquères also has experience in developing new platforms, such as digital, media, and satellite and engineering R&D, as well a proven ability to manage large, complex engagements in multicultural environments. He also has expertise in value-based strategy and business transformation projects in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. Prior to consulting, Mr. Desjonquères worked at the International Network division of Orange as a product manager of wholesale transmission products.
