Shuhui Wang is Assistant Professor of Finance at Surrey Business School, University of Surrey, UK. She has been published in leading international journals, including British Journal of Management, The Financial Review, and International Review of Financial Analysis. Dr. Wang earned a PhD in finance from the University of Surrey with a focus on executive compensation, corporate governance, CEO overconfidence, institutional investment, and corporate social responsibility.
