Randal Whitlatch
Randal Whitlatch is Partner at US law firm Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, where he leads the supply chain practice team. He brings nearly 20 years’ experience assisting manufacturers and businesses across diverse industries to navigate complex legal issues and disputes within the supply chain environment. Mr. Whitlatch advises a broad range of domestic and international clients across sectors, including automotive, oil country tubular goods and energy, life sciences, chemicals, robotics, healthcare, and technology. In addition to his extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, he advises clients on the laws impacting global supply chains. Mr. Whitlatch also helps companies comprehensively manage the end-to-end legal aspects of their supply chain operations, including commercial contracts, ESG, antitrust, securities, international trade compliance, cybersecurity, and other areas of law. He serves as Adjunct Professor at Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Duquesne University, USA, where he teaches a course on global supply chains law. Mr. Whitlatch earned a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, USA, where he served as Senior Topics Editor of University of Pittsburgh Law Review, and a bachelor of arts in political science, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
