Ramanand Garimella is an accomplished leader with over two decades' experience delivering large transformation programs with global teams. Mr. Garimella's background ranges from building teams to training to managing projects/programs and operations management. He has worked globally across diverse industries, including manufacturing, financial services, technology, and government. Mr. Garimella is currently the Global Delivery Head for the Program Management Practice at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he provides leadership in creating and managing offerings and competencies. His current responsibilities include practice management, providing oversight for strategic programs, and enhancing organizational capabilities in program management.

Mr. Garimella has authored articles in journals and conference proceedings on various topics, including psychology, decision making, and Agile methods. A speaker at many industry events, he has participated in panel discussions and is recognized as a noted speaker in the project management space. Mr. Garimella recently coauthored a paper on psychology in project management, which won top honors at the Project Management National Conference.

Prior to joining TCS, Mr. Giramella worked for Ramco Systems and WIPRO in capacities such as managing a business unit, key account management, ERP consulting, and vendor management. He holds a master's degree in industrial engineering with specialization in operations management and is certified in program management.
