Eleanor Mitch

Eleanor Mitch is cofounder and CEO of 14bis Supply Tracking, which provides digital, physical, and hybrid asset accountability for aerospace and defense communities. For more than 20 years, she has worked on digital asset accountability and governance initiatives internationally. Ms. Mitch led open data and transparency initiatives as Head of Community Engagement for the 2016 Rio Olympics supply chain. She is a member of the Alumni Advisory Board of the Wharton Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership and a US Fulbright Scholar Invited Professor. Ms. Mitch earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania; a master of laws degree from the University of Limoges, France; and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in public and fiscal law focused on digital law at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, France.
