Jeff Dols has been in a leadership role in multiple business process improvement efforts over the past 20 years and currently serves as a VP of Business Architecture/BPM. Mr. Dols has established a business architecture program and BPM center of excellence and is responsible for leading a matrixed team of business architects. In addition to speaking at internal architect training program sessions, Mr. Dols has also been invited to present on this unique approach to business architecture at The Open Group Enterprise Architecture Practitioners conference and the BPM Institute's BrainStorm conference.
