Natalie Slawinski

Natalie Slawinski is Professor of Sustainability and Strategy and Director of the Centre for Social and Sustainable Innovation at the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria, Canada. Her research focuses on understanding sustainability, temporality, and paradoxes in organizations. Dr. Slawinski’s most recent research examines these themes in the context of the social enterprise. She has been published in Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, and Organization Studies. Dr. Slawinski serves as Advisor to the Centre for Social Enterprise, Memorial University, and is a Research Fellow at the Judge Business School Centre for Social Innovation, University of Cambridge. She is also a member of the editorial review board of Organization & Environment. Dr. Slawinski earned a PhD from Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario, Canada.
