Raymond Pettit

Dr. Raymond Pettit is the author (with Robert Monster) of the book Market Research in the Internet Age: Leveraging Technology for Market Measurement and Consumer Insight. Dr. Pettit received his doctoral degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has been a quantitative and online market research consultant and executive for a number of US and European firms and an education and training consultant for SPSS, Inc. since 1998. Currently, Dr. Pettit is President of ERP Associates, Principal Consultant of CRM Analytics for NOP World Group, and a professor in the MBA and Ph.D. programs at the School of Management of the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
