If you ask people whether they think it's important to lead a healthy lifestyle, most would agree. If you said this included eating the right foods, getting regular exercise, and cutting back on sugar, fats, and alcohol, few would argue -- after all, it's common sense. But how many people actually live a healthy lifestyle? How many instead let the day-to-day dramas of life intervene, grabbing some fast food after working late, skipping a session at the gym when they're feeling tired, or having a little too much wine at dinner?
