Carlos Mira

Carlos Mira is a Partner at Arthur D. Little (ADL), based in Madrid, Spain, and a member of ADL’s Telecommunications, Information technology, Media & Electronics (TIME) practice, focusing on how companies can leverage ecosystems and platforms to compete in the digital era. Prior to ADL, he played relevant roles in the consolidation of telecom equipment vendors, the journey to network virtualization, and the launch of new virtual-portfolio product units. Mr. Mira has over 30 years’ experience in IT and telecom in multinational companies with global and regional roles, including SVP Corporate Development at Alcatel-Lucent, President/CEO Mobiles Europe at Lucent Technologies, and Industry and Services Director at Thales. He is cofounder of technology startups in the UK and India and has launched and successfully developed science and technology think tanks and CRE100DO, a pro bono program aimed at developing the Spanish middle market, which has helped 100 companies grow through innovation, internationalization, and sustainable differentiation.
