Ezuria Nadzri is Lead of Customer Acquisition at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the national power utility company in Malaysia. Her vast experience includes ICT project management, ICT organizational transformation, global business solutions, project management office, continuous excellence, and customer relationship management with in-depth knowledge in project management, strategy, transformation, end-to-end solutions, and customer relations. Ms. Ezuria is a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Ms. Ezuria is currently a PhD candidate in Agile project management (APM) at Multimedia University, Malaysia, where she is focusing on APM, stakeholder satisfaction, and digital innovations.
