Ms. Sand then served as a leader within the Digital Transformation Office — influencing, coaching, strategizing, and executing on the broader efforts aimed at building customer-centric products using modern, upgraded technologies and data-driven test and learn approaches. In this role, she built an integrated digital transformation roadmap across the product management, design and UX, and technology and change management domains. Ms. Sand inspired and coached new Agile leaders and executives across the enterprise on the benefits of an iterative test-and-learn analytical approach to product development as well as the shift to a design-centered mindset.
