Olivier Pilot is a Principal at Arthur D. Little (ADL) and Head of Product for ADL Catalyst. He focuses on the identification, prioritization, design, and delivery of digitally enabled solutions for complex challenges, with experience in enterprise and solution architecture, product strategy and management, and artificial intelligence. Mr. Pilot has more than 20 years of consulting experience across multiple sectors, helping clients transform operations, customer engagement, employee experience, and business models through technology. His recent work includes shaping AI-driven strategies and roadmaps, applying AI in product management and delivery, and leading large-scale solution implementations that enable innovation and new growth opportunities.
