Olivier Pilot is a Principal at Arthur D. Little (ADL), a member of ADL Catalyst and the Travel & Transportation (T&T) practice. He focuses on the design and delivery of digitally enabled solutions for intricate problems with specific expertise in design thinking, digital product design and delivery, enterprise architecture, and solution architecture. Mr. Pilot has spent 20 years consulting in the areas of transport, logistics, and mobility, addressing digital enablement of both operations and client-facing challenges and opportunities. More recently, he has supported several clients in the digital mobility and Mobility as a Service (MaaS) space, developing digital technology strategies, recommending improvements to digital mobility offerings, and defining the architecture and delivery strategies for MaaS-enabling IT landscapes.
