Par has deep expertise with technology-focused M&As, having advised on 80+ projects that focused on DDs, integrations, and carve-outs). Par earned a Bachelor of Information Technology, Strategic Information Systems from Griffith University, studied in the Stockholm School of Economics’ Strategic Management Executive Education Program, earned a diploma from INSEAD in its International Manufacturing Program and its Corporate Strategy Program, and graduated with a degree in Digital Business Strategy from the Columbia University Business School.
