Vince Dow is a member of Arthur D. Little's AMP open consulting network. He has been in the utility industry for 41 years. Mr. Dow offers deep utility industry expertise, having managed the distribution system and customer service organizations for a utility serving 2.1 million customers. His experience includes Chief Engineer, responsible for all distribution and generation electrical systems. He has served as the utility Senior Manager for NERC CIP. In previous roles, Vince was responsible for developing and implementing operation and customer service software systems including: EMS, SCADA, ADMS, OMS, Customer Service and Billing, Work Management, AMI, asset Management and analytic solutions.

As a consultant, he has provided services focused on customer and distribution system solutions. Consultation roles have included but are not limited to: developing bid packages for system solutions, performing quality assurance on projects, authoring use cases for IT solutions, and mentoring professionals managing projects.
