Naomi Morris

Naomi Morris is a Teaching Fellow in the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Portsmouth and a qualified paramedic. Her research focuses on emergency humanitarian disaster response. Ms. Morris’s experience includes working with the United Nations and various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Haiti, Papua New Guinea, Burkino Faso, Zambia, Tanzania, and Bolivia. She has also conducted health needs assessments and managed medical clinics for at-risk populations in various conflict zones, including Afghanistan, Pakistan, Syria, and Iraq. Ms. Morris is the Secretariat for the UN’s Leading Edge Simulation and Training Network.
