Tom Bragg

Tom Bragg has over 30 years of experience working with high technology and information systems for clients in industry and government. He has defined software development processes for organizations ranging from small development firms of less than a dozen engineers, to multi-modal development processes for a Fortune 50 corporation. He teaches advanced software topics at George Washington University, and has written for Federal Computer Week and other publications.

Mr. Bragg has served as an expert witness and/or consultant in a variety of cases in state and Federal courts involving software development process and estimating, software project management, intellectual property misappropriation/infringement, defective computer software, and failed software projects, as well as in General Services Board of Contract Appeals and General Accounting Office protests in which awards of contracts valued up to approximately $6 Billion were adjudicated. Mr. Bragg has qualified and testified as an expert in cases involving failed software development projects, programmer productivity, and validity of software development processes and estimates, among others.
