William Seidman

William Seidman is a recognized thought leader and expert in management decision making and intellectual capital management. In particular, Dr. Seidman is renowned for understanding the processes required to discover positive deviant "wisdom" and transfer that wisdom through an organization. His doctoral work at Stanford University resulted in the development of ground-breaking techniques for analyzing management decision making that became the genesis of the Cerebyte Infinos System. Dr. Seidman has more than 20 years' experience as a manager of profit and loss centers in high-tech companies, including HP, Silicon Graphics, Mentor Graphics, and Integrated Project Systems, a Silicon Valley consulting company.
