Keith Harrison-Broninski is CTO of Role Modellers, whose mission is to increase understanding and support of human-driven processes, a field he has pioneered. He has been regarded as an IT and business thought leader since the publication of his book Human Interactions: The Heart and Soul of Business Process Management.
