Cheryl Lampshire

Cheryl Lampshire has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry with extensive knowledge of systems infrastructure, software development and maintenance, product management, and in-depth experience in process improvement. She is an experienced problem solver and develops solutions to meet the unique needs of her customers. Ms. Lampshire has led and participated in cross-company working groups that have implemented best practices in metrics, change management, configuration management, data security, quality assurance, service-level management, development infrastructure, and test. She is a former VP and systems architect for Fidelity Investments and held influential roles in such high-tech firms as BBN, Cullinet, and Computervision. She is completing her PhD in management from the University of Phoenix, developing a specialty in virtual team dynamics.
